Role of the parties

The customer is the controller of the personal data it enters into the platform. WS Consulting acts as processor, handling data only within the limits of the contracted purpose.

Technical measures

• Encryption of data in transit
• Role and permission based access control
• Audit log of relevant actions
• Data isolation between customers in the application
• Automatic backups with controlled retention

Data subject rights

Employees registered in the system can exercise the rights provided by LGPD: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion. Requests should first be sent to the controller (the customer company); WS Consulting supports handling for what falls under its responsibility.

Incidents

In the event of an incident that could pose a significant risk to data subjects, WS Consulting notifies the controlling customer in a timely manner to support the communications required by law.
