1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using WiseAssets, the customer declares full acceptance of these terms and the current privacy policy.
2. Scope of service
WiseAssets is a SaaS platform for IT asset management (ITAM) offering automated agent-based inventory, license management, contracts, telemetry and operational reports. Available features vary according to the contracted plan.
3. Free trial
The trial period lasts 14 days and grants access to the platform's features. At the end of the period, the customer may choose to move to a paid plan or stop using the service at no cost, with no credit card required upfront.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of registration data, for safeguarding access credentials and for ensuring the platform is used in accordance with the laws applicable to its business.
5. Payments and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation can be requested at any time and takes effect at the end of the already-paid cycle.
6. Data ownership
All data entered by the customer remains its property. WS Consulting acts solely as the data processor, in accordance with LGPD (Brazil's data protection law, similar to GDPR).
7. Jurisdiction
The courts of the Comarca of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, are elected to settle any disputes arising from this agreement.
